Directly after you have placed your order, you will receive an order receipt by e-mail. Please note that this order receipt is not a binding order confirmation, but merely a proof that we have received your order inquiry. The binding order confirmation between you and Urtefarm is entered when Urtefarm by e-mail sends a binding order confirmation when we have dispatched the products which you have ordered.

Urtefarm charges no credit card fees. As the payment transaction is being completed, your payment information will be stored until individual payment transaction have been completed. Your payment- and card information is stored by Urtefarm’s chosen PCI (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard) certified partner. Thus, the information is stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that meets international security standards until the payment transactions are complete. When you use payment cards on urtefarm.dk, only Urtefarm’s PCI certified partner – and not Urtefarm – has access to your card information. Processing of your card information is therefore only a matter between you and Urtefarm’s PCI certified partner, even if this happens while you are using urtefarm.dk.
We offer the following delivery methods: – PostNord delivery to private address – PostNord Self-Select Delivery Location – GLS ParcelShop- GLS Business delivery- GLS delivery to a private address. Expected delivery times may vary during peak times such as Black Friday. Urtefarm Webshop bears responsibility for ordered goods until you receive them. We deliver in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Quantity restriction and prohibition of purchases for the purpose of resale
We have a limit on quantities per order for selected products to prevent purchases through urtefarm.dk for the purpose of resale. For the goods subject to quantity restriction, it will not be possible to order a higher quantity than the maximum number which is displayed on the screen when the order is placed.
If Urtefarm assesses that a customer has tried to circumvent Urtefarm’s rules regarding quantity restriction or in general buys for the purpose of resale, Urtefarm reserves the right to cancel one or more of the orders in question, without the customer being able to make any claim against Urtefarm.
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after you have received your order. The cancellation deadline is 30 days after the day you become in physical possession of the products ordered.
If you have ordered several products and we are unable to deliver the whole order at the same time, then the cancellation deadline is 30 days after you become in physical possession of the last remaining product ordered.
Similarly, if you have ordered a product consisting of separate parts, and we are unable to deliver all of the parts at the same time, then the cancellation deadline is 30 days after you become in physical possession of the last remaining product part ordered.
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your ordered products that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. n your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel your purchase by merely refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice beforehand.
If you regret your purchase in our webshop, please return the product without any unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us about your cancellation. You must pay for delivery expenses related to the return of the product yourself.
When you return a product, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is appropriately packaged. You carry the risk of the package(s) until we receive the returned product(s). Therefore, save the mail receipt as well as any track and trace number.
Products exempt from right of withdrawal
The following types of products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of products that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly
You lose your right of withdrawal if;
- You break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. The term “seal” also includes special packaging which protects the goods and serves as a guarantee that the product has not been opened.
The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable for any depreciation of returned products due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s kind, characteristics, and functioning.
Non-sealed items that have been tried excessively are considered used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the payment amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive a refund of the amount you paid us. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
In the event of any depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be subtracted. If you return the purchased item in a case of cancellation, you will have to pay the expenses yourself.
We will refund your payment without undue delay within 14 days of the date on which we received notice of your decision to cancel your purchase. We will refund you with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned product unless you have provided documentation for the return it. When you want to return a purchased product, the products should be sent to:

When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Products cannot be returned by cash on delivery.
Right of complaint
If you have purchased a product and it is damaged – e.g. faulty material or a manufacturing fault – the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. However, if the errors or defects are due to your negligence, abuse or other incorrect use, your right to complain will lapse.
Please refer to the applicable shelf life of the product. Often, you can get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date you received the product by contacting us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us an image of the faulty product along with a detailed description of the fault. If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label so that you can return the product at no cost to you.
If your purchased product is damaged upon arrival, please report this to Urtefarm within a reasonable time and no later than two months from receipt.

Include the following information when you return the product to us
When returning a faulty product, please describe the fault as detailed as possible. Products cannot be returned by cash on delivery.
Please remember that the product must be returned securely packaged. You should also make sure that you save the receipt for your return delivery so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

If you choose to return the exchange goods to the Urtefarm Webshop, you must bear the cost of shipping yourself.
All parts of an item must be returned upon exchange.

Urtefarm webshop disclaims liability for typing errors, changes in direct and indirect taxes, incorrect price and price adjustments, technical errors, out-of-stock product and force majeure, including non-delivery on the part of our suppliers.
